Fran does operations and procedures. we have seen her die and her body resecitate itself. are you really questioning this. do you really think she would do a procedure that she herself would be susceptible to the effects.

Fran should have known better, her coom room for all the high school boys in Ep. 19 ran on fly pheromones. Though I suppose the coom room was a whole new organism , while using the customer's own pheromone production necessitated the super-potent nerve gas route time time.
