Well, nothing you haven't already understood. Her first time was when her drunk stepfather raped her, after he understanding the gesture he tries to commit suicide but she stops him and realizes that she can't live there anymore and then meets the boy who would become her boyfriend, they start doing porn etc. (albino becomes sponsor) and they get to the point where they involve the mc, so they didn't do that to help him but just used him to make more money, and they would do worse if needed and the mc feels betrayed and with here we are up to chapter 74.
However, if you want to read the chapter summaries you can find them on the cpc scanlation, albeit in Spanish
