We do actually see her face at the end of chapter 26, but only we the viewers do. Neither Grace nor the Daughter/Mother game playing combo see her directly.

TBH i think a balding hairstyle is cute! It has a genuine charm, you know...? It's just a natural way for people to look (it's not unique to men either. Some women wind up with thinning hair!!)

...mind I'm a 34 year old man so maybe me finding it charming is only going to offer so much comfort.

This is what I mean by a big reveal. Grace obviously knows her mother's face, but Kenzabutou and his family have not. So once they do get a good clear look at Grace's mother's face, the possession will end, and Grace will regain control of her body.
