I remember reading this oneshot during the end days of batoto. Before then, I had never come across a story with such an indescribably nice storybook-like atmosphere coupled with such beautiful artwork. It’s easy to get absorbed into this tale, and it feels sad to finish it as well. Along with Rengoku no Ashe, it’s still one of my top picks for oneshots!
