The girl with the skirt saw a piece of white paper.
And the girl in the button-up jacket saw it as whatever unholy thing it actually was.
The "cat" featured in this series reminds me of the "dog" featured back in Ch. 110 and referenced again in Ch. 174.
Possibly another localized deity (the previous ones were in Chiba City & Suginami Ward, respectively)?

Of this batch of 5 chapters, ALL 5 occurred in Sapporo City!
That's the first full Sapporo City Jackpot! Though to be fair 3 of them were a set.
