thanks for picking this up!

I like the middle outfit the most but those sandals? are atrocious lol

right looks ok, left looks like it'd be what he'd wear to school or a casual day in the office if not suits

nothing wrong with guys enjoying accessories but even if they don't go hiking or something i half expect that necklace to get caught on something lol

and a trim/touch up is fine, but given his hairstyle and sunglasses unless you get close up idk if you'd really notice as opposed to say, waxing a unibrow (tho my brows never got too bushy i did get a cheap eye brow razor once, and waxing it did make it look more uniform but i don't think it's especially noticeable wo a direct before/after pic)

'that's pretty unusual' isn't it more common to /not/ have a drivers license if ppl take the train everywhere unless they're specifically in a city where going by car is expected

dang i'd wanna stop by for mouthwash but i don't think i've ever vomited in public (maybe in like a schoolbath room and once after eating at a food court but i try to hold it in) but at least he didn't get it on his clothes

i get his insecurity next to her outfits but i'm surprised he wouldn't be like "help me decide on a look" or so/going clothes shopping together

I don't think the acessories he used are nice and simple, i dislike the necklace but the other items work well.

@EchoGirl i don't like the sandals either but i find the pullover (is that the right word?) even worse.
Maybe the author is trying to imply that, because in her life a license is commonplace, she has more money than him.

Probably imply young people often want to get a driving license “just in case”, such as when they’ll be going out with friends, or date. They don’t need to have a car or regularly drive.

The driving license also can be used to pad their resume when job hunting. It’s a common but useful thing, like when having to pick up people, or visit business partner/facilities further from public transport.

You mean the sweater? (I always though of 'pullovers' as basically hoodies but just no zippers but i can imagine it being an overall name for things lol, i don't mind it/looks comfy/seems more at home than for an outing but i can imagine not as many guys having a 'cozy' type of aesthetic

Don't they go to the same university? even if she doesn't have a big friend group I think you'd be able to observe from a distance/notice who has cars around or not
