I wonder how diff y2k fashion was in JP was compared to America I just remember those Disney teen girls wearing pants/jeans under dresses which prolly is better than being too skimpy as minors tho shame leggings weren’t also a trend yet that’d be a good cover while being more comfy/stylish

other than holidays or discount/tax free days, i'd think things would pile up unless you were rich enough to have a walk in closet or storage, versus out growing your clothes either through puberty or weight gain lol
