So the reasoning of this mf is basically "Oh since Raoul beat that dude I guess he had to be only a teensy lil' bit stronger, so these other dudes should totally be able to beat him".

I don't understand Raoul's motivation anymore... The author is retconning in betrayals- but none of these should really matter to Raoul at this point. Both his insane power and previous targets should have led into an ending, or at least drastically changed something about the setting.

At this point it kinda looks like "just being aware of my execution and thinking "lol" at that time" already qualifies you for his shit list.
