Not sure what to say at this point. Thought the king was negligent towards the prince, but his sure fire plan depended on others beating the crap out of the prince for the power stone, or was the king planning to pull it out of the prince's mouth this whole time?

If the demon king is so powerful how come they haven't won the war up until this point? The barrier has been around for like a month. The Demon King has supposedly been around for hundreds of years. Was he too lazy to get off his ass and do something?
