This is just a guess, but based on the usual templates along with keeping some things simple, I bet Little Treasure is the MC's child. Only doesn't realize it because Xueluo didn't want to take care of kid and as a means of further bullying somehow found Lu, the biological father not realizing who he is, and gave him the child soon after being born while MC still in a coma. Then told MC when woke up had miscarried and child had died. Might have told Lu that MC had died due to complications or something after birth so wouldn't look for her. Would explain why Little Treasure so fond of her. Could be wrong and similarity is just to help give MC maternal feelings for kids due to losing her own, and Little Treasure seeking a mother figure due to mother not being around for some yet to be disclosed reason.

This is a major spoiler I got from reading the webnovel. It's about Little Treasure's mother.
Reading the few chapters translated here made me want to reread the novel, haha.
Little Treasure is indeed Lu Tingxiao and Ning Xi's son. Lu Tingxiao was drugged by his own family since they were concerned that he wasn't interested in woman. They planned on arranging a woman to his hotel room or something like. Incidentally, Ning Xi was drugged and entered the wrong room. The baby making happened when the two were delirious due to the drugs lol.
Fast forward, Ning Xi's son was dead in the accident but was saved and kidnapped by someone who had a grudge on Lu Family. That person saved Little Treasure yet at the same time put a slow-acting poison in him in hopes the Lu family would bond with this son only to be so heartbroken when he'd inevitably die in the end.
That was how Ning Xi didn't know that Little Treasure was her son that was still alive, and how Little Treasure arrived in the Lu family without Lu Tingxiao knowing who the mother was.
