What I'm loving from the new series is her resourcefulness (or at least her evil manager being dumbed down by the author), at the very least the earlier chapters of the alternate universe timeline at least made her more competent (granted again they had to dumb down the antagonist but meh. What I loved from the series was her martial arts bg, the ship, both lu siblings and little treasure. Still don't like the art so much compared to the original (and I mean the earlier 10 chapters of the series with the same name (also had the alternate name "May you have all the aura")
Still happy Lu Tingxiao's bod is quite the attractive trait.
So, new timeline has better personalities so far, chara designs are weaker though (happy they showed Little Treasures eyes in the recent chapters), I don't mind the changes on how she saves him so long as she keeps her competence in combat (plus diffusing bombs and sensing bow attacks could still be traced to her bloodline and training)

Um. Little treasure has a pretty manly body for a little kid. And why crossbow bolts?!

Nice company. Provides rooms where people get locked in, not out. Isn't telling an actress suppose to be supporting to drop out to avoid causing trouble for another actress supporting a conflict of interest and illegal? Or do they feel MC is better actress and would get the part which means less money and benefits as compared to her stepsister getting the part? Also, crossbow ammo are called bolts due to the square heads of the original bolts and are heavier and shorter compared to arrows used on bows which tend to be lighter and longer. In any case, is it well known that the windows are bulletproof that the assassins are using crossbows to shoot with? Otherwise it'd be more efficient to use a silenced sniper rifle to shoot through the glass as the bolts are dropping right after penetrating the window and taking too many bolts to break the windows without drawing attention. Wonder why MC seems to have had bodyguard training or knows what to do without panicking or too shocked to make sense of what's going on?
