What makes it even better is the fact that their were already hints that the father and the sister knew that there was something strange about the bathroom like the fact that we don't ever see them use the bathroom even once or the fact that as soon as they saw both of them vanish into mist in the bathroom they didn't try to go after them and the sister says a very cryptic "good luck..." line like as if they knew something about the bathroom.
