If you mean the note about the Light Novel on the last page. Best I can tell the Manga has diverged a bit from the LN on individual events while still retaining the overall plot. So I don't think its a spoiler, just the scanlator just talking about the LN version of events and I wouldn't worry to much

For example here is the Credits comment on the CH 37 (werewolf fight) which was very different in the LN

It does techically spoil that all of them get taken out instead of the bad guys winning. Not that I'd expect anyone to seriously consider that scenario. "And then the bad guys won, the end."

whoops... I just wanted to point out the differences where, unlike the manga, Ash knowingly uses a lethal poison instead, and how there's no complication that leads to this chapter's cliffhanger, so the conflict in the LN ends somewhat anti-climatically
