Basic hygiene for healers wouldn't require a lot of resources.
My initial reaction is to agree, and then shortly after that I wonder if it would actually be a lot of work.
Boiling water in order to sterilize it and whatever you're boiling in it can be quite a lot of extra energy usage when the energy for that comes from firewood that someone had to go gather, and someone had to go get that water from a well. Not that homes aren't going to have fires and aren't going to have water, but it isn't trivial.
And in all of these stories where people are bringing modern knowledge to places with less tech, it always seems like soap is expensive... I'm not sure how true that is since soap is aaaaaancient tech, but a lot of the ways to make it need some harsh chemicals or some expensive or labor intensive ingredients... So having every healer suddenly always have soap to wash their hands with seems like a tall order.
