Yes, Miboshi is a Seiryuu seishi. He's quite old—over 100 as of the events of the Suzaku/Seiryuu arc when he is met in Sairou when Miaka is seeking the shinzaho, and we know at that point he has the ability to take over another's body. So we're kind of seeing his origin story start to play out here.

I'm so curious to see what Watasa has planned! I doubt Tatara stays a kid he has always been depicted as a man in earlier art. Another time skip? Or some sort of resurrection and body merge?
