Actually, yes. If you don't insert innuendos, you don't have male auditory. And without any, there is just your ordinary siblings relationship. I like it for its realism.
I would like to write down again all things that I liked in the chapter, but there's too many of them. Just a few things:

About the uncleaned panel, I prefer it how you did on last page. You can keep going like that, especially if original is of light grey color.

I also can't tell if this is a straightforward "means exactly what you said" or a "misnegation", where you actually meant the opposite,
in the same vein as "could care less" when people actually mean "couldn't care less".

My doctor gave me bad news, I got really bummed, said it was terrible news and I was now really stressed out and she got MORE CHEERFUL like that’s supposed to help!
This kept going with more bad news until I was having an anxiety attack and she was so upbeat it was like she was doing bumps of cocaine periodically.
Sorry, rough week!
I might just drive 2 hours back to my old doctor.
