I agree that 'mundane' would fit the tone of the series, but the fact she's stripping means there's likely som coercion element--and it's the newspaper club, so cameras are a thing for them.

Especially as she was called away by her senpai in a previous scene--this could be some form of blackmail to get his help with the club by multiple members, and he'll have to figure out how to keep his relationship with both Hikari & Chikage a secret (since that seems to be the play here) while likely helping diffuse the entire situation.
