@darkomantis Consistency, probably. It's never been exactly uncommon for groups to just drop a series in the middle for whatever reason and another group to pick up where they left off with their own translations; that creates problems if the group doing the continuation doesn't use the same name and term translations as the group before them. A good example is the manga Karin, which had about 4-5 different groups translating it, with the group doing the final volume or so displaying a
massive drop in quality and an extremely important plot-sensitive term that was previously translated as the Fountain of Psyche being translated as the Fountain of "Pushuke".
Granted, consistency isn't going to be much of a problem in a risque gag manga like this, but it's a pretty nice thought and one that I wish more groups would have had in the past.
