Provided it's actually a scanlation and not someone else attempting to upload the official release, there's no rules against scanlations for chapters with linked official chapters. If someone is willing to scanlate this chapter, you'll get it.

There's an official translation by the author on Pixiv and an official release on Fakku which I assume is redone from scratch. Outside of those two, no clue.
