If your girl thinks one specific guy is annoying, he is a potential affair partner.
I don't know how to explain this, but whenever a woman finds some guy annoying it creates tension between them and if the guy is proactive to "annoy" her eventually some girls fall for them.
Same goes if she over praises him.
You have to pay attention to the past behaviour but always take a note when:
She talked about one guy a lot then suddenly stopped (positive or negative)
