Damn I was not expecting a confession out of all things. That was quick but I guess when he realizes he enjoys her presence when she looked after him and cooked a warm meal.
I mean in Japan, one common is proposal is cooking a warm meal/miso soup everyday so I guess it's not too farfetched?
