It's interesting how low-key the storybuilding is in this one~ I wonder if Senpai is supposed to be Australian, or mixed? Or New Zealander. Hence the memories of Christmas in summer. And I like the bait-and-switch with the emotions thing. First, it's a fake-out, then we get a sweet callback as Kouhai's real words do actually make Senpai feel something. Let the escapes continue!

As someone that lives in the constant summer land called living pretty near the ecuator. Yes, santa wears shorts. But also isn't a common representation at all.

At least we have windy nights here on December, because it is shitty to have to worry about the extremely hot weather all day.
