BTW, the holy land of outdoor AC units 室外機の聖地 does actually exist, and yes, it’s really in Yushima 湯島. It’s called High Town Yushima and it’s right across the street from the local shrine (湯島天満宮) at Yushima 4-Chome 6-11.
