Josei? It doesn't feel like that at all. But a lot of the good stuff would make you not even think what genre it is you're reading. I have ended up reading a bunch of good Josei before even if I'm a middle aged guy.

pretty good. its chill and i like the art. the only complaint I might have is that the relationship progress seems a little fast but maybe it slows down later idk. Also I find all the chapter topics interesting but thats cuz i might be borderline tistic
