I remember my family's churrasco gatherings: Picanha on the fire from dawn to dusk, salsichas and strips of fraldinha, coxinhas e peitos de frango. And of course, gallons and gallons of Skol! We rarely used any of the sauce you're talking about, though it was common. Salt and char is all you need as far as I'm concerned, but "cada um com sua mania", nĂŁo Ă©...? Good times.
