Nah, in the dream the girl is Kasumi's and Sakurako's daughter (somehow). When she asks who she looks more like, Sakurako says she looks like Kasumi but her black hair's like her (Sakurako). And the Kako name for her came from KAsumi & SakuraKO's names.

They could still spin this as a "prophetic dream", though. Yukiko didn't need to remind the audience about how irresponsible Sakurako's big sister is, yet she did. I can totally see the sister just dropping the kid on Sakurako's hands as the final "arc" of the series.

For Kasumi apart from the emotional connection it feels like its just whatever really. After so long, sadly, i'd be surprised if they somehow end as couple tbh. Hmm, I think their relationship is rather stable but evolving. Kasumi doesn't have a strong need to the physicalities of a relationship, but she doesn't see herself with anyone else but Sakurako. She's also made it clear that she's ok with giving Sakurako what she wants (ie: a kiss, hug, etc) and she recently went through the realization of what their relationship means to her.

Sakurako has always made it clear that she loves Kasumi, and no one else is even on her radar. Even if she wants "more", she's never taken the initiative because she wants Kasumi to initiate on her comfort level at her own volition. But it's never depicted like it's a deal breaker because she knows Kasumi's threshold and she respects it. She's also said as long she's with Kasumi, she's ok with anything. It's quite sweet actually.
