Is it that surprising to everyone here lol? It's like 99% one sided in this story and people called me crazy when I said there's basically 0 yuri in this story after 50+ chapters. Even the side characters get more action and the main characters have known each other for like what,5+ years at this point? Sakurako's obviously head over heels in love while Kasumi's basically just taking it platonic-ally at best.

It was pretty interesting for the author to directly draw the line and tell readers that Sakurako isn't interested in going serious with Kasumi especially when they're the major couple(?) of this yuri series and even the side characters like Moka and Ruriko got some serious drama and actions going on.

It seems the author wants to either slowly escalate the situation by making Sakurako to think about their relationship or really want to keep the series light and less serious by protecting Sakurako and Kasumi from all the yuri dramas while not particularly labeling their relation.

And seems like all these corona outbreaks are really taking toll on me when my reaction to the first page is cringing about social distancing

also, I think it's great that Sakurako and Kasumi's relationship isn't weighed down by the social expectations implied by the term 'dating'. they are their own thing. they're closer to one another than anyone else, and that's really all that counts at the end of the day

People clearly didn't any of this manga if they haven't realized that Sakurako and Kasumi don't like to put labels on their relationship. They love each other, fill each other's emotional needs, kiss, hang out, sleep together, etc. They're very much in love. They just don't feel the need to put it into words.

I realise that lately, the extras have focus more on the Kasumi/Sakurako relation. For one, all extras from Vol.7 were on Kasumi and Sakurako only, which was rare because is generally the time were Yukiko talk about the others relations and how the K&S relation influence them. Here it's about Moka/Riru but also have this fair part for Kasumi/Sakurako. Always funny to see peoples being surprised they aren't actually dating but that's not the first time Sakurako (or Kasumi) said that they don't really need to put a word on their relation. I don't think that Yukiko even plan to make it official, she know that readers realise by now that the relation is way beyond simply dating.
