I'm effectively 100% certain they've got history that only she remembers. Hopefully not something stupid like he held her umbrella once when it was raining when she was a child, but I'm sure there's some backstory we'll eventually get that explains her targeting him.

She also got in and bugged his entire house and lives above him and no one in his family has any idea. To the point she leaves food in his fridge and apparently crushed cans everywhere.

"abusive" should have been attributed to the wife, yes. The daughter's just being shitty, but there's currently an argument that it's just her being shitty because she's a teenager, not because she's actually treating him badly like everyone else seems to.
She's still just one more thorn in his side of people not respecting him, which isn't good in its own way, and why I kinda lumped her under the same role as her mom in the story.

As far as the cousin thing - I dunno, maybe it's just Manga Logic to facilitate the story, and it wasn't thought about that hard. Or, maybe the timeline is something like the either the cousin or the husband were working at the company first, pre-marriage; and the cousin finds out about the marriage (but before he would ostensibly be introduced as "wife's cousin" to husband), and not wanting special treatment by being related to the husband, sought to keep it all secret from him from the get go.

I'm sure there's a sequence of events that allows for that to happen, or maybe it'll be explained eventually.
I actually had to go back and read it again twice because I thought the "you're my cousin" was a cover story for an actual affair for second, but the follow-up of keeping it secret to avoid preferential treatment means that idea makes zero sense (why keep a cover story "secret" for reasons unrelated to it being a cover story).

Yeah although while it's awkward not necessarily nepotism/he's been called 'incompetent' so idk if it would even 'help' for him to have special treatment versus them just like hanging out more noticeably on their lunch breaks but even without a family connection it'd be noticeable if a manager(?) showed preference to one person over another
