WTH!!!...ONCE A CHEATER ALWAYS A CHEATER!!!...He did it you once, what makes you think & believe he won't do it again especially since he was forgiven so easily...
Girl...I get that you're all for being normal but the thing is the way you've forgiven your cheating bf is in itself contradict the very thing you're so hung up about...IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT NORMAL!!!

And so comes the handsome Prince on his white stallion to save the damsel in distress... Ugh! Most popular guy in school goes after the plain, ugly duckling. Oh, this is so refreshing and unique... Why can't it ever be the other way around? Oh, yeah:

A hot guy who gives you flowers is a romantic.

An ugly guy who gives you flowers is a stalker.

I feel that she's not even caring about the relationship itself, she is more intent on having a normal life. She doesn't want to get involved in any problems and doesn't want to start drama so she takes the easy way out. From having a 'normal' life from her popular mom and antisocial sister, she doesn't want to associate with any problems and thinks she is able to gain happiness from being normal and mediocre. That's also why she thought it was just easier to forgive him rather than start a drama when she knew about the cheating, I think it was already obvious from the start she doesn't like him romantically but only for outward looks of her standard of 'normal' she wants to maintain. She was crying not because he was cheating on her out of love, but it went out of line of the 'normalcy' that was supposed to stay, which she thinks cheating is not normal. But overall, especially her thought process, that's actually a pretty good storyline and actually a unique way of starting, I'm hoping to see the guy actually making attempts to change her ideologies, especially you see his standard of giving his all if he's serious about it and strives for true happiness. :)

@FredFriendly - Why do you always come off as butthurt when it comes to any sort of drama dealing with romance?

I mean this is a shoujo. Of course the male lead is going to save the female lead.

When the female mc said she was crying for herself, I was won over. It's refreshing to see a female mc who isn't bubbly, klutzy, and overly optimistic.

Yes, she chose to give the cheating bf a chance, but that makes her more believable to me. It's human nature to want to keep things the way they are, and hold on to it as long as possible. She'll come around.

Everyone need to remember that Koiko is still 15 or 16 at most... why did you guys expect a perfect mature reaction out of high schooler kids...

Honestly the only thing that I find really unrealistic here is the fact that she cut her hair perfectly all by herself and no one in her family or group of friends seems to care XD this girl is a future hairdresser, I tell ya!

im not justifying the dude who cheated on her, he is a scumbag. all im saying is she was totally romanticizing another boy while dating one, so she isn’t perfect either :D

i'm intrigued by the premise and hoping it's going in the direction i think it is (aka an emotional coming of age story)
