I haaate this development. Aiko's lived her entire life running from love, even in the case where someone returned her affections and pursued her, but she's suddenly, as an adult and teacher, fallen in love with a handsome teenage boy that's in love with her sister

Yeah I'm late to the game but I agree with the other comments. It's super annoying that Aiko had the chance to grow as a character but got stuck in the same hole she dug herself in. It felt so unnecessary for the potential love interest to be unavailable

@honeybuttertoast The mom didn't do anything wrong. The first marriage didn't work out(presumably the dads fault considering he's nowhere in the picture and the mom is said to be very loving) and the 2nd dad abandoned them. The sister saw how miserable the mom was because of the 2 dads that she vowed to become the polar opposite to not go through those same hardships. Then Koiko ends up becoming the blend of both of them.

The sis falling for a 16 year old who likes her sister is nasty but maybe its a way for her to have a safe love. She's afraid of love and this gives her a safe hands off way to experience. but if anything happens with these two im dropping it.
