As much as I can appreciate doing something and wanting to share it. I would suggest you keep your early attempts to yourself unless you're picking something up that has no active scans. As it stands, this is in poor form.
I understand that it's tempting to try and translate something that already has a translation so that you can compare and contrast, but "snipping" is never welcome.
If you are genuinly looking for feedback: This is shotty at best, many speech bubbles are left blank and the dialogue is stiff and unattural. As if you've put it through MTL and didn't think any further. You've made mistakes regarding the caracters genders (e.g. "Mr. Itou"), which is another aspect that makes me suspect MTL.
Furthermore, as you're not starting from the beggining but following on an existing high-quality fan translation: you make no effort to match the tone of the characters established in the previous translation. This can be hard to do, as everyone injects their own voice, espetially when translating text. But you appear to make no effort which is jarring and makes your version unpleasant to read following the 24 previous chapter.
If you want to do scans, I would advise asking a friend to proof read you just to avoid simple mistakes like missing speech bubbles. And I would advise starting a manga from chapter 1, so that you can establish the voice of each character and not suffer from comparaisons.
If you're using MTL, say so in the credits. There is no inherrent shame in using the tools available to you, only in deception. Japanese is a bitch to learn, good luck on your journey.
If you're deliberately snipping an active scan: please fuck off.
