Abandoned scans are a bunch of hacks. They hold on to chapters as long as possible and then when someone decides to pick up the series they've put on hold, they conveniently would have the chapter ready shortly after another group releases their version. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

And then they would make the student excuse or some shit.
