I actually think that right now Akari is a bit too sparatic and hasn't treated Jirou the best, and I think that if she is to end up with him, she needs to reevaluate how she acts around him. I think if they eventually do split off, and she ends up with her old crush, she'll realize what she lost and go back to Jirou. I don't think if she just ended up with him as he is know, that it would end particularly well because Jirou still thinks that she's playing him for her own benefit. She needs a little arc of learning how to properly express herself in healthy ways for me to be behind @PsychoChief

Honestly, this is one of the few series I wouldn't want a harem end for, though I wouldn't reject a bigamy with Jirou ending up with Shiori and Akari through some complicated means. It probably won't happen, but I'd be okay with it if it did. I honestly don't see Jirou getting with anyone else besides Shiroi right now, because I don't think he shares that same connection with Akari yet.

Then again, I ship Kamo and Mei, just because I think the two best friends ending up together would be hilarious (despite the fact that Kamo only seems interested in Shiroi) so I'm used to wishing for the impossible. @DarkFlame

@Tamerlane that and really can't see Tenjin ending with anyone at the moment. Something is holding him back really hard. His relationship with Shiori just feels more like a siblings at the moment.

I know constant denial come pack and parcel with being tsundere but at least Akari realize this so hopefully she have some clear resolution on this soon.

I predict: He's going to get to a point where he's dating the girl he "loves" only to realize that these feelings are not what he thought or not as strong as they were before. It's kinda typical and I hope this goes a different way.

Are you guys seriously for real? Shiori has zero chance, she's just the boring cowardly childhood friend character whose only real purpose is to be an obstacle to the main couple's (Jirou and Akari) relationship.

She shares no "connection" with him because she's too chicken to make a move and so is Jirou. The sooner she loses and stops taking up screen time the sooner we can all read more about the couple that A. is pretty obviously going to get together once the author stops milking this situation and B. that most people care about.

Shiroi is a boring plot device for cheap drama not a character. The fact that she could have "won" back at the start with just three simple words (if she wasn't such a damn coward) is just the cherry on top of that.

Damn Akari fell even more for Jirou. And Jirou didn't even realize he's triggering Akari. Well, I am an avid AkarixJirou shipper but I understand Jirou's hesitance for Akari. What I hate tho, is his fixation on Shiori.

1) the mc gets paired with the initial desired but has to abandon her to rescue the one he'll end up with when she suffers from a panic attack, 2) somehow the mc gets separated from the one he wants to be with and they end up camping with one another overnight, 3) the heroine the mc should have been paired with is paired with a lecher who'll try to sexually assault her only to be rescued by mc
