@JonRa I guess she wants to see Fuuko suffer the same fate so she could not pretend the freindship out of pity or something like that? There was probably some envy she is so pure and innocent too? Either way quite a bitch move which she realize later. I honestly wish more slice of life manga has some darker themes like this it is intriguing to me .
