Wouldn't say that's slap worthy, especially on a first offense. (Frankly if you're in a vaguely okay relationship nothing is.)

When one female character hits another, the aura of yuri dissipates and what's left is a mere "lesbians"...what a shame

They're cute. Shinohara is trying to compromise slowly, as the two of them adjust to living together. There's always an adjustment period, in which you have to feel each other out, figure out new boundaries and your unique rhythm. Shinohara has always been "traditional" and Heke seems fine with that for the most part. All these couples are "flawed" but make it work and love each other regardless. At this point, that's the whole theme of the series: no "perfect yuri couples," just couples working things out. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise
