Well, there's no reason for her to be pissed in this scene while there's a reason for her to run away, she's also sweating and Saori said herself she was a wuss

On the contrary, I feel like Shizuku being angry again would feel very one note but the fact that -despite them bickering all the time- she's very careful around Saori and takes her feelings seriously enough to run away actually adds depth to her character

I'm not saying 'boo you're wrong', I'm not the mangaka, but it does makes sense for people to say that
Also I don't think it's that deep, Shizuku is just a fun character to roast
