Jeeze. Well, some equality I guess . . . we know the mangaka is dysfunctional, but it seems the editor is pretty dysfunctional too. Forget common decency, let's go back to basic carrot and stick principles: You've got a writer who keeps putting off getting the job done. So fine, you get on her case until she finally gets it done. When she does get it done, you gotta give positive reinforcement, validation, make her feel good about it. If she still feels just as bad after she gets it done, what's her motivation? If she has nothing positive in a stressful job, how long until burnout? Crappy editor. You can't let your weird sadistic/tsundere feelings rule you when you're in a position of responsibility.
