This is an interesting approach. Supporting via buying a stock for a certain, viewable products (be it manga or oshi) has different meaning that you support something, not something unseen like previous ones. Even if it fails, you still have at least the image of the products you support.
But we know this series has an unfortunate event, and I want to know what'll happen to their supported product.

If serious, in stocks nothing dangerous would happen even if company go bankrupt. Just a loss of investing money. So, leverage again?

That is if you do it rationally. This girl is buying stock to show support for her oshi, so that might turn out differently. Say if there are bad news for the company she invested in. Normal people would cut their loss by selling or at least just hold, but she might try to buy a lot more to show her faith in her oshi. This might ultimately led to her lenting money just to try to support a dooming stock.
