Oh, don't worry, it's by no way an issue of that. It's simply an issue of redundant effort. As I used to put on my endpages, if there is another dedicted group, there is no reason to double the effort.

However, and I say this with not a single drop of prejudice or appearing to get carried away with myself, (please understand that's quite the task on the internet), should new chapters take too long to drop or stuff like that, I will continue. That's the whole point of catching up, am I wrong? What's the point if we fall behind.

No problem, luckily GD is a light comedy manga, so we can all calmly discuss the translation or the story itself without expecting any shocking twists (like if Vigne was an adopted angel child all this time, lmao) or finding out that some translation error radically changes the entire plot of the manga so far.

I've had the thought that the teacher is another saintly devil who's there to make sure loose canon devils like Satania behave themselves on Earth but the problem is that we can see his thoughts and he doesn't seem to think that Satania really is a devil so that's probably not the case.

Plus another vaguely similar manga did that exact twist already.
