If the lower world ruins angels why is Tapris still fine ?

Because she's too big an idiot to be corrupted?

Gabriel was kind of corrupted by the lower world, but we've seen that Raphie was an S all the way back when she was a little girl. At most the lower world made her worse, but it didn't make her an S. Gab's sister is a siscon to disturbing levels even though she spends most of her time in heaven and Raphie's butler is unhealthily obsessed with Raphie despite also spending most of her time in heaven. (With the caveat that it's not entirely clear if Raphie's butler is an angel.) Tapris is the sanest of the angels we've seen, but her love of Gab borders on obsession to a level that's probably not appropriate for an angel.

Basically, all the angels we've seen except Gab were pre-corrupted. You could argue that Gab largely got tired of being the perfect angel and "dropped out" to be a lazy bum more than being corrupted. You could also argue that she was weird before she came to Earth, because she's the only angel we've seen that acted like our normal idea of angelic while in heaven.

With the general level of hygiene that Gab has, her feet must be nasty... 😩

Gab is perfectly clean at all times due to her angelic powers. it was a plot point a while ago
