The anime is out and I saw it tagged as a Romcom but then I noticed the age gap, 13 and 18 and I realized there was no way it was ever gonna be romantic, why sell it like that? Why not make them evenly aged like "hi-score girl", or make it just slice of life?

I don't like being baited by a premise that cannot be fulfilled.

With all honesty, I'm just here for the Arcade stuffs (cause I'm definitely horrible at crane games) and I do enjoy the story of this manga and i would gladly say that I'm definitely gonna wait for the next volumes or chapters for this.

And all the agenda about them getting hooked is kinda a joke in a sense
So yeah they are not dating (yet, if that even happens)

I may start reading it again in that case, since I found it pretty cute aside from the previously-mentioned age gap.

Because it’s really strange that a series with an 18 year old MC and a 13 year old FMC is tagged as romance, unless the author, for example, added some girl around the MC’s age that he can get together with, and the same for Lily.

If the romance in this series is actually developed, I’d gladly get into it, but I’m afraid that this romance tag might just be an empty promise.
