So far as of chapter 84 I can recommend this manga. I really like that the cast of characters are all likeable, even the villains a little bit. There was a rocky start with some forced contrivances, but the author has moved away from that for really interesting plot AND character development. And the art is stellar! really cool incorporation of graffiti, incredible dynamic, great sense of expressions. I like the outfits, and sometimes the full body shots look weird but it's pretty chill. The worldbuilding as well is really unique. I'm looking forward to where we go from here, though it'd be nice to explore their powers more (Rudo, Enjinn).
SN: I always feel a little apprehensive when mangaka draw black people since they usually for some reason just cannot look up a reference image. They do a decent job. I don't really like that Semiu's lips are so light, and her hair texture can look off sometimes, but it's not jarring and they write her to be a really cool character so I don't mind. I'm choosing to interpret the Boss as having some free-forms, so he's okay by me. At first I didn't really like that Jabber has locs since he was on the villain side, but since there's another example I'm choosing to believe he's just a lightie 💀 who's to sa
