Mostly understandable.
Creativity: pretty good for a few chapters
Gaijin-kun (Guy Jean) is pretty racist and very much an insensitive airhead. Why does he know so little about japanese culture? He acts like he was suddenly teleported to Japan and had only the language downloaded into his brain. Seriously can't he just look at what others are doing and try to mimic them? Ask a friend for help? Is he too proud or ignorant? Is that the joke?
Some of the jokes are just him not knowing about japanese culture which is understandable and funny.
The state he is in is difficult to comprehend. He knows that the US and Japan are different countries, but only sometimes?
I understand that stupid characters are funny but here he's just being xenophobic in a foreign country. It just comes with a lot of logical problems which makes this comic look like its just racist half the time.
The rest is still innocently funny.
