That depends a lot on population density and other things. Army sizes have varied a lot throughout history. Also most writers don't know historical army sizes, or sometimes even basic math and numbers, so I wouldn't expect them to be accurate anyway.
Generally just assume it's what the characters think about it. If they think it's a large army, it's a large army, even if the literal number is three digits.
You guys should remember.
Princess Yurianna's older brother who is still alive was the one who orchestrated to kill her on the road by using her already deceased older brother's name or something.
So, MC using his trump card this early would be...
Kinda "stroke of luck" the person he saved first has that influence, but let's not dwell to that matter in this story.
Banning slavery of elves would be not a problem, but also beastmen will cause huge gap of workforce and other abuse, realistically speaking. There's also problem with nobility not letting go of their, desires.

He used a trusted asset of his to manipulate his other brother to assassinate his sister. That same asset then went on and killed the princess took the proof of the kill (a jewelry piece she always had on her) gave it to the manipulated prince who was then killed by that same asset.....so yeah talk about convoluted. He really didn't expect that his sister would be revived......mainly because that spells is not know in his era. Arc is the standard japanese OP MC.
Haven't read this in a while, but yeah the older brother prince seems to be untrustworthy. I remember the assassination attempt on Yuriana and that their other brother is already dead at this point. Unfortunately, this immediate crisis likely means that political problem cannot be solved just yet.
