The crazy thing is that they told literally no one else about it (unless they were in the upper echelons of society or in positions of authority I assume, like the senior staff and principal in the schools). No task force, no military rescue team for later on in the outbreak, nothing. Its like they just wanted to eradicate the entire population of Japan?? Why even make vaccines if they'd be left and forgotten in a select few dingy, abandoned survival bunkers while the entire country rots?
