When I was a kid, probably Brachiosaurus. Loved it in Jurassic Park, and loved it in Disney's Dinosaur. Been about a decade since I switched to Deinocheirus though. Such a weird one: a roughly T.rex-sized duck with a dromedary hump and long arms with long claws (although shorter than Therizinosaurus).
