i didnt clarify it, but i was asking more of what she said in japanese, like the literal words she used... unless it was "sensei kotone-sama"

She called her ことねお師匠さま, (Kotone o-shishou-sama). Shishou is usually reserved for someone who is a master of an art or an instructor.
i see, so it was in the aspect of someone being a master/teacher of an art/craft
makes more sense than anything i though... like why would China call her master or sensei lmao
english threw me off
