What is it even about

A secret service the school provides to truant students that are supposed to be the best of the best of the school. They bring the students back to school by any means necessary and ensure that they do their best in class. She is head of the disciplinary committee (HAHA) and she does x, y and especially z to get him to go back to school. Each chapter they get closer and closer (romantically) while reintroducing him back to society. He lets her know his feelings but because of her duties is not supposed to fall for him. They get the go ahead from the head of the Secret service to have one last weekend together before they can never interact again. She then retires and the boss says ok when apparently the only way to leave is by graduating but due to her being who she is an exception and they have a happy ending.
