I remember reading this webnovel a while back.
It starts out interesting but about 10 chapters in becomes boring.
Otaku turns out to be one of the biggest Gary Stu type of character, who is good at everything and is even super athletic/ripped.

This manga clearly is just meant to be cute and fluffy and extremely light on the conflict so MC being the perfect protag doesn't really matter. If I wanted character drama I'd go read something else.

on a different otaku x gyaru manga, i thought the guy has femboy potential. for this manga, it's like the story is actually begging to go there. guy is said to look 'bad' and he's currently learning how to paint nails and do hair, levelling up his 'looks' skills one at a time.
