It's kind of amazing how meaningful this title has become to me, given it's kind of the epitome of "slice of life". There's no epic overarching narrative, there's no struggle that embroils the characters as they strive to attain or embody some higher ideal. There's no stakes, no fear of failure or fall.
It's just two characters living their life slowly and in love, enjoying whatever the day throws their way without stress or long-term planning. Even if things aren't perfect, they're still perfectly idyllic.
And the fact that it makes my day objectively better, I think says something about what "good literature & media" really is. It's not Tolkein. It's not Dostoevsky. It's not Austen or Poe. But it fills a niche and a need for something essential, and it makes me glad I'm existing in the moment I can witness and experience it.
So thanks for the TL work on this, and your efforts in bringing it to us.
